Priscilla Cortese is a high-level music executive and founder of UAG Entertainment, known for transforming talent into globally positioned brands through strategic vision and influential partnerships.
She began as a touring artist at 15 and became Australia’s #1 Latin Artist by 18, before pivoting to the business side of the industry. She has since led high-profile projects in production, artist development, and global brand strategy — managing talent like beatbox champion Joel Turner and collaborating with icons including Craig Porteils and Mark Holden.
With a background in real estate, law, and international business, Priscilla brings over a decade of executive experience. She is known for her sharp instincts, expansive network, and ability to build scalable ventures with lasting global impact.

Chief Operation Officer - USA
As COO of UAG Entertainment USA, Sean Brian leads with a passion for creativity, strategy, and collaboration. Known for his hands-on leadership style, he bridges the gap between vision and execution—ensuring every project, partnership, and production runs seamlessly. With a sharp eye for innovation and talent, Sean plays a key role in driving UAG’s mission to redefine entertainment experiences across the United States.

Gary Chow
Chief Operating Officer - China | Partner
Gary pivoted toward his passion for entertainment. He has served in executive roles at Live Nation, Live Nation China, Kaisa Group Holdings, Baoneng International, Fosun Group, and China OCT Group.
During his ten years in the United States, Gary Chow was responsible for overall strategic planning, investment, and acquisition of live performances, music festivals, and venues in North America (House of Blues).
Gary was also responsible for improving operations at premier international venues, increasing entertainment content operational revenue to over $1B in China. He innovated and implemented marketing plans for Happy Valley Theme Parks (theme park + artist + KOL + vlog + live broadcasting + social network platform).
Maricel Dionisio
Hair and Make - Up Director | Casting Manager
Maricel “Celle” Dionisio is a seasoned makeup artist and hairstylist based in Parramatta, Sydney, with over 14 years of experience. As the creative force behind Glam It Up by Celle, she brings her expertise in bridal, fashion, editorial, and special occasion styling directly to her clients through her mobile beauty service.
Her artistry has graced prestigious events such as Australian Fashion Week, Pacific Runway, and Miss Earth Australia, with work featured in both local and international publications. Known for enhancing natural beauty with precision and style, Celle is trusted by brides, designers, and brands alike.
Beyond her services, she shares beauty tips and creative inspiration as a Beauty Content Creator on Instagram and TikTok.
Rachael Stagg
Chief Staff Officer
Rachael Stagg has over two decades of experience in the creative industries, with expertise in operations, marketing, content production, and client engagement. Beginning her career on the Gold Coast, she co-founded a photography business in 1995, later rebranding it successfully in 2009, before expanding into podcasting and full-service video production. A musician and collaborator at heart, Rachael continues to support artists through performance and media. Today, as Chief Staff Officer at UAG Entertainment, she focuses on fostering team culture, strengthening communication, and driving the company’s strategic vision.

PR Director
Melanie Hillier Mandran is a French-Australian Fashion PR expert based in Paris, with experience at top fashion houses like Christian Louboutin, Tommy Hilfiger, and Stella McCartney.
She has also worked in leading PR agencies on campaigns for brands such as Thomas Sabo and The Kooples.
Now bringing her European expertise to Australia, Melanie aims to promote artists and brands through media outreach, events, and creative collaborations across both markets.

With a background spanning luxury hotels, large-scale venues, and bespoke activations, he is known for creating seamless, memorable experiences from concept to execution. Richard leads with a people-first approach—building trust, empowering teams, and ensuring every event reflects UAG’s values of creativity, agility, and collaboration. Outside of work, he enjoys music, dancing, and time with his three children.
